Quilt Top:

Please pre-wash your backing and Press Quilt Tops!

If I have to there will be an extra charge on the invoice!

Please mark the top of your quilt top, your batting (if you are providing it), and your backing

 with a safety pin.

If the quilt design layout will be affected.

Please trim off your loose thread.

Especially dark thread, it can potentially be seen when sandwiched on the quilt machine.

I do my best to remove them but for best result,

give your quilt top the love it deserves.

Trim all your threads!

Quilt Backs:

Allow 6 inches extra around the entire quilt

(If your quilt is 68x70 the backing needs to be 80x82!)

This allows me to properly attach it to my machine

If proper allowance isn’t given there will be a extra fee on your invoice for leader attachment.

Cut off any salvage edge before you stitch your backing seam

(The salvage doesn’t have the same stretch as the fabric)

To ensure the backing seam lays flat make sure the seam is 1/2 inch instead of 1/4!

Press the seam open so that it isn’t bulky

Trim the backing edges to be sure they are straight and square.

If you are able to make you backing seam run horizontal that is what I found to be the best for loading it onto the machine because then there is only one seam going around the roller once instead of vertical having it be the length of the quilt it becomes a big bulky spot when the quilt gets rolled up.

Quilt Batting:

Please allow 3 inches around your quilt top for batting if you are supplying your own. This allows for any stretch of the quilt top that may not be shown by just laying it on the floor to make sure it will have batting

Choosing The Right Stitching Design:

I have over 1500 + pantograph to choose from,

I have included most in the gallery, but if for some reason you don’t find what you are looking for I encourage you to google “digital edge to edge” pantographs

Find the perfect design that your quilt deserves

I know picking a design can seem daunting, but that’s what I am here for!

If you would like me to pick, put

"Quilters Choice"

Just let me know what your preferences are

Example: The pattern density, a lot of stitching or less stitching

What type of designs you like

Also the length of stitch per inch (if you like a longer stitch length or a tighter stitch length)

I prefer a 12 which is tighter but that might not be what you like

Lets together find best for your precious heirloom quilt!
